When it comes to your involvement with The Impact Ship, flexibility is key, except for The Round Table.
This intimate group of 10 people is designed to foster deep connections, trust, and mutual growth. To maintain the vulnerability and intimacy that makes it so impactful, we ask for a 6-month commitment if you choose to join these meetings. During this time, we allow for one missed session maximum to preserve the group’s cohesion and trust.
For all other parts of the community, like masterminds, workshops, and office hours, you can jump in as much or as little as you like. However, the truth is simple: you’ll only get as much out of this space as you put in. We provide the structure, the resources, and the opportunities, but it’s up to you to show up, connect, and grow.

Hey, I’m Martijn! I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2020, a digital nomad at heart, and someone who has always thrived in community. But let me be real for a second, I know how isolating this journey can feel. Being surrounded by people who don’t quite understand your path, feeling like you’re navigating your challenges alone, struggling to maintain deep connections whilst travelling & constantly hitting walls when trying to join communities that only lead to sales funnels or upsells.
That’s why I built The Impact Ship. I wanted a space where people like us, impact-driven entrepreneurs, creators, and visionaries—can connect without feeling like there’s always a “catch.” Here, you’re not entering a funnel. You’re arriving.
Once you step aboard, everything the community offers is yours. Workshops, masterminds, roundtable discussions. It’s all open, without hidden fees or paywalls (unless we host an optional live event in the future). What is The Round Table exactly?
The Round Table is a unique and intimate space within The Impact Ship. It is a space where we don’t talk business but where we share vulnerable and openly about the personal, mental and emotional challenges we have as entrepreneurs.
How it Works
Small, Intimate Groups: Each Round Table consists of a maximum of 10 set participants to foster deeper connections and a safe environment for sharing.
Monthly Meetings: Held on the second Monday of every month, these 90-minute sessions create that recurring space to share that which you tend to hide from the world, so that you can grow through that.
Guided Conversations: Before each session we fill in a reflection form that helps participants articulate their thoughts and goals beforehand, these responses are also open to your Round Table group, so to create full transparency.
No Unsolicited Advice: Instead of unsolicited advice and oversharing, everyone’s share has a time limit, within that time limit, it is up to them wether or not they want to leave time for advice or not. The speaker can voice that out clearly as well.
